Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the racss.ru website (hereinafter — the Site) by the Non-profit organization «Russian Association of Computer Science in Sport» (hereinafter — the Operator, the Association). The Policy is developed in accordance with the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» (hereinafter — 152-FZ).

2. Basic concepts

The definitions contained in Art. 3 of 152-FZ are used: personal data, operator, processing of personal data, subject of personal data, etc.

3. List of processed personal data

Full name, date of birth, contact details (email, phone) provided through forms on the Site.
Information on education, place of work, position, academic degree — when applying for membership.
Payment details (purpose, amount, date) for donations and membership fees.
Cookie files and technical data (IP address, browser type, OS) collected by Yandex.Metrica and similar web analytics services.

4. Purposes of processing

Review of membership applications and feedback.
Conclusion and execution of contracts (offers) for donations and membership fees.
Informing users about the Association's activities (with consent).
Accounting and tax record keeping.
Site traffic analytics.

5. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out on the basis of: consent of the subject (Art. 6 of 152-FZ); contracts (offers) to which the subject is a party; requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation (accounting and tax records, fulfillment of obligations under Federal Laws No. 7 and No. 82).

6. Conditions and procedure of processing

Processing is carried out using automation tools and without them. The Operator takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions.

7. Transfer to third parties

The Operator may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties (hosting provider, payment aggregator, mailing service) subject to a contract and confidentiality assurance. Transfer to third parties, except as expressly provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, is carried out only with the consent of the subject.

8. Processing periods

Personal data is processed for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, but not longer than the period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for storing the relevant documents.

9. Rights of the personal data subject

The subject has the right to receive information about processing, request clarification, blocking, or destruction of data, withdraw consent, and appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court. Requests are sent to: info@racss.ru.

10. Cookies

The Site uses cookies for correct operation and analytics (Yandex.Metrica). By continuing to use the Site, the user agrees to the processing of cookies for the stated purposes. The user may disable cookies in browser settings.

11. Implemented personal data protection requirements

The Operator implements the requirements provided for in Art. 18.1 and Art. 19 of 152-FZ, including: threat identification, use of antivirus tools, access restriction, backup.

12. Final provisions

The Operator has the right to make changes to the Policy. The new edition takes effect from the moment of its posting on the Site. Notification of Roskomnadzor on personal data processing is carried out in the prescribed manner.
