Documents are published in accordance with the requirements of Art. 19 and Art. 32 of the Federal Law dated 12.01.1996 No. 7-FZ «On Non-profit Organizations» and Art. 29 of the Federal Law dated 19.05.1995 No. 82-FZ «On Public Associations».

The Association does not perform the functions of a foreign agent and is not included in the register of non-profit organizations performing the functions of a foreign agent.
Information on the purposes of expenditure
In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 32 of Federal Law No. 7-FZ, the Association discloses information on the volumes and directions of expenditure of funds and use of other property as part of annual reports. Data is published no later than April 15 of the year following the reporting year.
