Heads the Association and chairs meetings of the Board and the General Meeting of Members. Elected by the General Meeting of Members.
Governing bodies
The governing and control bodies of the Association:
- General Meeting of Members — the supreme governing body.
- Board — the permanent governing body exercising the rights of a legal entity.
- Supervisory Board — exercises public control and promotes the development of the material and technical base.
- Expert Council — unites leading specialists in sports science, medicine, biomechanics, applied mathematics, and IT.
- Audit Commission — controls financial and economic activities.
