Charter
The Charter of the Association is the main founding document regulating goals, objectives, structure, and procedure of the organization.
Organizational and legal form and status
Public organization — a type of non-profit corporate organization (Art. 6, 123.4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Federal Law dated 12.01.1996 No. 7-FZ «On Non-profit Organizations»; Federal Law dated 19.05.1995 No. 82-FZ «On Public Associations»).
Registration
Date of state registration: 2018. Registering authority — Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (its territorial body).
Statutory goals
Uniting the efforts and scientific-practical potential of Association members to form a complex of scientific disciplines and create means and methods ensuring intellectualization, efficiency, and safety of physical culture and sport, through the development of computer science (sports informatics) and creation of a platform for interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of mathematical methods, computer science, and digital technologies in sport.
Foreign sources of funding
The Association does not receive funds or other property from foreign sources, is not included in the register of non-profit organizations performing the functions of a foreign agent, and is not such.
Accounting and reporting
The Association maintains accounting records and prepares accounting (financial) statements in the manner prescribed by law. Annual reports on activities and property use are posted in the Documents section.
